How to make a Absolutely Fruity

Layer it in a shot glass. About 2 minutes.

  1. Pour the yellow banana liqueur into the bottom of a shot glass.
  2. Gently layer the watermelon liqueur over the banana liqueur using the back of a bar spoon.
  3. Slowly pour the vodka on top of the watermelon layer to complete the drink without mixing.

Bartender’s tips

  • To achieve clean layers, pour the ingredients very slowly over the back of a cold bar spoon held just above the liquid surface.
  • Chill all the spirits in the refrigerator before preparing the shot to make layering easier and improve the taste.
